Introducing our New Aerial Introduction. This 30 minute mini class will prepare you for you first Aerial class. Each of these lessons has a maximum of 2 students per class.

Best way I’ve found to work out (get strong, lose weight, all those beautiful benefits of exercise), have FUN, learn beautiful graceful moves and set constant goals for improvement. I can’t imagine going back to “the gym” after this… I now do regular workouts just so I can improve my moves at SaltAer lol. Fantastic motivation! (Vs. working out for the sake of working out.) LOVE this place, especially the skilled, patient and experienced instructors.

Jacksonville Beach needed a place like this. I’m new at this and did a free class and it so much fun. Great instructors very patient and safety was first. I have signed up for more classes and will be back.
